Shortly after my trip to Honduras I had the privilege of speaking to the students of Sheridan Freshman Academy. I was able to share with them my platform about Giving Children Hope Through A Smile. The students were so attentive. I spoke with them about Operation Smile, My trip to Honduras, as well as proper dental care. They really enjoyed hearing about the children at the GSCH and I encouraged each of them to support Operation Smile and the children's home in Honduras any way they can. At the end of class each student received a toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss. I enjoyed sharing my involvement with my platform with the students and getting to know them better. Thank you to Mrs. Jane for allowing me to take her classes over for the day! :)
